Welcome to the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, SVSET.
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering is committed to working to develop Diploma Engineers with a rich mix of competent, technical, managerial and social skills and contribute to nation building. The department places emphasis on all important aspects of computers such as Computer Networks, Mobile Communication, Operating System, Database Systems, Computer Architecture, Computer Hardware, and many more.

Department takes the lead in improving students' soft skills, analytical abilities, and verbal communication so that they can face competition in the business world with confidence. To meet the objectives, the department places special emphasis on teaching and practical work. Students showcase their innovative ideas, skills, and potential as their academic projects.

The excellent infrastructure, the experienced team of faculties are dedicated to strengthening the effective teaching-learning process, ensuring quality education.

We believe that this teaching-learning approach, coupled with practical experiences gained during industry training at renowned organizations, equips our students to handle the challenges posed by the IT industry. Computer Science and Engineering students are placed in various IT/ITES companies.

We as a team decided to take the Department to heights of success and glory and prepare for the upcoming challenges.
